Learn the fundamentals of good sprinting mechanics to improve speed in sport. Athletes are constantly tested with a laser timing system for REAL MEASURABLE RESULTS!
Strength
Learn how to lift with excellent form. Athletes will learn the power lifts and olympic lifts so they are prepared for a high school or college weight room. Strength training with good form will help improve athleticism, mobility, coordination, confidence and prevent injury.
Community
Athletes will be part of a competitive, fun, and positive community. Our goal is to have all of our athletes develop a positive relationship with hard work and a healthy lifestyle!
