Our Small Group Personal Training program gives adults the best of both worlds — personal coaching with the energy and motivation of a small group (2–4 people). Every workout is tailored to your goals, whether you want to build strength, improve mobility, or train like an athlete again.

If you prefer more focused attention, we also offer 1-on-1 Personal Training. This option provides fully customized programming and coaching designed around your specific needs and schedule.

How It Works

Small Group Personal Training: Train in a small group, but follow your own individualized program with a coach guiding every session. You'll get accountability, expert feedback, and a supportive community. Personal Training: One-on-one coaching that fast-tracks your results with complete personalization and flexibility.
